Work With Me

We start with a focused Discovery & Governance Sprint. This guarantees that before we commit to a contract, we have identified the right problem and validated whether AI is the right approach.

This is a short, paid diagnostic: structured intake, a 30-45 minute call, and a concise Go/No-Go Brief (with an implementation roadmap), recommending the next step.

If you want more background first, see the guides for higher education and creative and digital agencies.

What the Discovery & Governance Sprint is

A short, paid diagnostic to map your workflows, identify high-value use cases, assess risk and readiness, and produce a Go/No-Go Brief (with an implementation roadmap) for the next step: Pilot Build, an Implementation Pilot, or a retainer.

Who it’s for

  • Universities/research units designing policy and pilots that will stick.
  • Agencies/consultancies needing a credible AI operating model.
  • Founders/SMEs validating a workflow or MVP with guardrails.

Not a fit if

  • You want generic “AI transformation” messaging without concrete workflows.
  • You want bulk content output or prompt “hacks” instead of workflow change.
  • You need a large bespoke software team for long-term product engineering.

What you get

  • Current-state and risk snapshot for one or two workflows.
  • Prioritised opportunities with governance and data considerations.
  • Go/No-Go Brief (with an implementation roadmap), including a recommended next step and success measures.

What happens next

  • Pilot Build (3-7 days).
  • Implementation Pilot (4-6 weeks).
  • Fractional CAIO support (retainer).

The Process

  1. 1.
You complete the intake form below outlining your context and the specific challenge.
  2. 2.
We hold a 30–45 minute Strategy Call to dig into the constraints and real opportunities.
  3. 3.
You receive a Go/No-Go Brief (with an implementation roadmap) within 5 working days, containing:
    • an honest assessment of feasibility and risk
    • recommended next step (Pilot Build, Implementation Pilot, or retainer)
    • an implementation roadmap (priorities, owners, and governance cadence)

If it makes sense to proceed, we agree on the next step (Pilot Build, Implementation Pilot, or retainer).
