How It Works

Step 1: Intake (30-45 minutes)

Short intake form and video call to understand your organisation, current AI use (if any), and strategic priorities.

Step 2: Workflow Review (1-2 workflows)

I review one or two representative workflows where you think AI might help. This might include shadowing staff, reviewing documentation, or analyzing sample data (with appropriate confidentiality agreements).

Step 3: Stakeholder Interviews (optional)

Brief conversations with 2-4 key stakeholders (leadership, practitioners, technical staff) to understand constraints and success criteria.

Step 4: Go/No-Go Brief (with an implementation roadmap)

Within one week, you receive a concise brief (typically 5-10 pages) with:

Workflow map (current vs target state)
Use-case shortlist (ranked by value, feasibility, and risk)
Governance and risk register (including data sensitivity and assurance needs)
Clear recommendation: retainer, Pilot Build, or Implementation Pilot
